I am not a weather girl so I haven’t the faintest idea of the science behind what was happening in the atmosphere to cause these “pleats” in the sky that afternoon. What I do know, is I had never seen anything like it before and needed to race inside for my camera and capture it before it vanished. Outback skies are often an awesome kinda surprise.
